Prof. Bhalchandra M. Bhanage is the Vice-Chancellor of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He previously served as Senior Professor at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai and has extensive experience in teaching, research, innovation, and academic administration.
